Ruby is a genuine Object Oriented Language

some years ago i remmember asking someone why C++ is not a fully OO lang n he said, 'coz in C++ yew kan do stuff without using objekts. ideally OO languages arent allowed to do that'. well, isnt that applikable to ruby too???
